Why is creating conflict not regarded as a virtue?

Simple. I think people consider it so much of a virtue that they know how hard it is to accomplish and if they think your good at it then that means they are better off to avoid you. Its not a bad virtue. People just dont like those who do it because everybody sees themselves as the one "that it always happens to" meaning they think that being near the person and being friends with the person creating conflict, would be *just* their luck.
