What College should i attend next year?4-year or cc?

I live in California and i am struggling to pick between going to a community college or going to UColorado-Boulder. If i stayed here i might be able to get an apartment then transfer within a year to a school like USC or UCLA. Also i have a boyfriend who is a year younger then i am so it would be really nice to live near him. Although, everyone tells me that i can't base my decision on him. I am worried if i go to a cc i will miss out on a huge experience being a college freshman. Any advice??
