Why do Monotheists..i.e. Jews, Muslims and Christians; dislike the idea of a female deity?

Rules of the created don't apply to the Creator, whether you want to hear it or not God is not male nor female, it's just a matter of linguistics, in arabic there's no "it" everything is male (he) or female(she), like french, for instance the sun in arabic is "female" word, does that mean it has a uterus?? Allah is not a "father" he didn't have a "son" nor a "wife"
