Why don't white people have curtains in their windows ?

is this a caveman mentality ? because cavemen use to peek out from caves to absorb their surroundings, can this be a rational explanation for this eccentricity ? No wonder they always get caught ually exploiting kiddys because the neighbor can peek into their homes and see what they're doing lol is this why they don't have curtains up ?
