Band help please anyone ?

hmmm...it might sound weird?...but,the audiences don't notice too many mistakes like you and youre band members might!...somebody once told me that 'everything' is correct!...its how you hear it?...example: you could play a difficult jazz instrumental with all the right chords in perfect time...but, somebody will say its crap...and ask you to play ''He'll have to go'' by Jim Reeves instead!!!...you just have to remember to play what they like!...until you get famous...apparantly in any key there are only 3 odd notes that will sound wrong...so if you play one?...either slide out/bend up or if all else fails!...play it the same again!...and they will think its correct...just enjoy what you do and play to youre audience...remembering that Van Halen would never get booked to play in youre local British Legion club!!!....
