Seniors, how do you feel when you see fellow seniors being rude to workers?

Um, yes, you were rude. Is this what you would have said to your mother or grandmother or father or grandfather? I wonder what your manager would have thought had they heard what you said, or perhaps you would not have responded had management been watching you. You shouldn't seek employment working with the public as I have found most of the public expects you to go above and beyond to ist them and smile while doing it.
