Why do they say Charlie Sheen is "winning"?

Why do people always say he is "winning". He used to be the most paid t.v actor in the world. Buut he just had to be a spoiled rich @$$ hole and demand more money. then he got fired and tried to sue fox, but he lost that lawsuit, he tried a comedy tour, but he failed at that and got booed off the stage three times, finally people are starting to realise that Charlie sheen was never funny, but the people writing the script for " two and a half men " were really behind the punchlines. hes a coke addict and got divorced...tell me, what exactly is he winning? ....
