Does India deserve to hold IPL cricket event of glamours & thrill when many farmers are commiting suicide ?

In India farmers in large numbers are committing suicide because of heavy debt trap particularly in Maharastra & south India. Small farmers are worst sufferers. One great politician of Maharastra is playing a big role in holding I P L cricket event minting huge sum of money to be distributed to performing cricketers (who already are all millionairs) & some personalities of the glamour world( who have no shortage of money at all), without caring farmers of his own state. Maharastra state has acute shortage of water in its interiors & nothing is being done. Why is there such contradictions in India ? Do people deserve such big differences in different sections of societies ? Don't sufferers have human rights ?
