What helps reduce stress of bipolar disorder?

I was diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar disorder w/ mixed episodes, and extreme ocd/anxiety about a month ago. I am currently taking 150mg of seroquel xr once daily (at night), and .5mg of klonopin twice daily. I find the seroquel helps w/ my racing thoughts and anger issues, but I still find myself becoming overly stressed and/or depressed even w/ the anxiety medication. I work 40-50 hours at a Veterinary Clinic so I have to be constantly on guard while at work. I was just wondering is there any good self relaxation techniques that could help reduce my stress level? The last thing I want is to have an episode while at work. I take aromatic baths each night after work, but that only helps for a short amount of time. I'm a very impatient person, and I know that it could take a long period of time before the Dr's find the right combination of medications to help stabilize my moods. So in the mean time, what can I MYSELF do to help reduce my episodes? I would prefer the advice of other bipolar patients so if you don't have any experience w/ this disease please do not respond. Also I do have a therapist that I talk to on a regular basis.
