Does he still fancie me after 5 years & 2 kids?

I've been with my partner for like 5 years and I had my boy be for we got together and now I'm 37 pounds lighter with excess skin on tummy due to pregnancy condition I had! I'm always going to have a bit wobble of (he likes stick thin) but I wouldn't fancy me. He don't seem to want me in that way, other men do but that's not an issue for me!
