Is food with added additives,preservatives dangerous to health ?

They are not the best for your body, but neither is rotting or decaying food, which preservatives have virtually eliminated. If you are worried about the health issues, you should stick with fresh foods and control the added salts and seasonings yourself. Everyone should limit their intake of additives and preservatives, moderation is the key to a long and healthy life.
