Hysterectomy question?

I had a hysterectomy about a year and a half ago. I am 32 years old so they left my ovaries. I haven't had my period in over 10 years as prior to the hysterectomy I was on the Depo shot. I had bleeding this morning, and now I am having cramps. Any ideas? Could it possibly be cysts on the ovaries?
