Does anyone remember this song? Does it exist?

I've had a song in my head for years but no one else remembers it. I only have one line from it, it goes "I is cannibal! Animal eat animal!" I think it was a pop song. Can anyone name the song so I can figure out whether or not I'm going crazy?
