If is like an event talk to him about it, and flirting is when you laugh at funny things you say, and you sometimes hug them, or touch them by the arm and such. Smile at him, and then look away when he is looking at you. Also ask him about life and what he likes to do, where is he from, guys like to talk about themselves.
